The LAPD wants to have a chit chat with Wiz Khalifa ... because a woman told cops the rapper smashed into her car and then fled.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the lady filed a hit-and-run report following the crash last Wednesday. Cops are investigating to figure out wassup.We're told the alleged victim had been working on a music video shoot with Wiz and she claims the alleged accident occurred around midnight when everyone was leaving the set. Cops are attempting to reach Wiz.Calls to Wiz's rep have not been returned.
