Bobby Brown faces a possible jail sentence of up to six months after Los Angeles police charged the R&B singer with three misdemeanor counts — two DUI-related, and a third for driving with a suspended license.

Bobby had had a rough few months, but there is never ever EVER a good excuse for driving intoxicated.
Bobby's attorney commented:
"Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously, and an investigation is under way. The legal process shall run its course."

We really hope Bobby learns from this unfortunate incident and gets his s**t together - if not for himself then at least for his daughter.
