Victor Cingolani (pictured below) was jailed for the 2010 murder of 19-year-old model Johana Casas (pictured with him below). Tomorrow December 22nd, her twin sister Edith (pictured below at the right) will marry the killer in Pico Truncade, Argentina, close to the jail where he is serving 13 years for the murder of Johana.
Johana was shot dead days before her 20th birthday in August 2010. Her ex-boyfriend, Victor Cingolani, was convicted of her murder.
Edith Casas believes Victor is not guilty of murder, insisting that her future husband is the victim of a miscarriage of justice and is backing his appeal against his murder conviction.
She said: 'Victor is not a violent person and I’m not mad. We’ve got no doubts about what we’re doing. We love each other.'
A second man, Johana’s boyfriend at the time of her murder, will go on trial next year over the killing.
Marcos Diaz was at a party with Johana hours before she appeared dead.
Lucas Chacon, Cingolani’s defence lawyer, insisted: 'The cigarette butts found near Johana’s body belonged to Diaz and all the witnesses have incriminated him.
'I can understand Johana’s parents’ attitude. But Edith is not marrying a killer or anything like it.
'She is marrying a man who was convicted in a judicial scandal. All we want is justice.'
The twin's mother Marcelina said her surviving daughter was guilty of a 'terrible betrayal'. She said Edith was suffering psychological problems and she feared Cingolani would take her life too.

Chris Brown Finally Fed Up??
Apparently, Chris is now the one who’s fed up with the Rihanna and Karrueche love triangle, and all he wants to do this Christmas is spend it sleeping in bed. Keep reading for all the exclusive details!
Chris Brown needs “lots of sleep” as the singer tells his pals he’s exhausted not only from his Carpe Diem concert tour but also from the Rihanna and Karrueche Tran drama.
“The first thing the homie will do when he get to the crib is knock out in his own bed for a few days and watch some TV,” a source connected to the singer reveals. “He need some of that these days. To chill out and breathe.”
While that may sound good in theory, we know Rihanna invited Chris to be with her in Barbados for her Christmas party and Karrueche’s in Los Angeles awaiting his return.
“I just don’t know if he trying to go out to Barbados and be with Ri and her family and her crew. That’s a tough one just because the way they been going at each other and not talking as much.”
As for Karrueche, our source says it’s likely Chris will lay low and spend the holidays with her.
“As far as Karrueche goes, she in LA holding it down for him. She making him feel wanted and wants to spend time with him and be with him over Christmas.”
It must be nice to have two beautiful woman fighting for your attention Chris.
The “Diamonds” singer always returns to Barbados for Christmas and was reported to be joined by Chris before their split this week. Our sources tell HollywoodLife.com that Chris is still welcome to join her anytime.. But I think Rihanna should move on! #AMBROSSED!

An open letter by celebrities about Nkiru Sylvanus & Kenneth being kidnapped
An open letter to the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar, from friends and colleagues of actors Nkiru Sylvanus and Kenneth Okolie
Dear Sir,
Nollywood Actors' Kidnap: Please bring our colleagues back home for Christmas
We write to formally inform your esteemed office of the kidnap, last Sunday, December 16th, of two of our colleagues, enterprising entertainers, Nkiru Sylvanus and Kenneth Okolie. The two actors were in Owerri, Imo State, shooting a movie when they were forcefully abducted by masked gunmen. Some hours later, the mindless abductors contacted family and friends of Ms Sylvanus especially demanding a N100m ransom. Up till now, we cannot fathom the rationale behind their kidnap. And their abductors have advanced none.
Perplexingly, about five days after this untoward incident, no concerted efforts, as far as we know, are being made to rescue these hardworking and patriotic Nigerians who sweat and toil to bring joy into millions of homes and hearts across Nigeria and the globe. Indeed, it is sad and heartbreaking.
It is even more worrisome and befuddling considering that these actors’ kidnap is coming just days after the Police, under your distinguished leadership, valiantly and commendably went all out for the kidnapped 82-year-old mother of the coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister for Finance, Dr (Mrs.) Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. The result, as we all know, is that Prof Kimene Okonjo was returned home hale and hearty, thanks to the Police, your Police. Are Sylvanus and Okolie lesser citizens? Are they no longer Nigerians who you should be bothered about their safety and wellbeing? Don’t they deserve the kind of police attention that Professor Okonjo got? Does kidnap have another name? Or, has Nigeria been reduced to George Orwell’s Animal Farm where some animals are more equal than others?
We, the Friends of Sylvanus and Okolie, do not think so. We just believe that you probably are swamped with protecting the lives and property of Nigerians during this yuletide season or you are not aware how important they also are as law abiding citizens of this great country.
Sir, Ms Sylvanus is one of the more popularand proficient role interpreters in Nollywood (Nigeria’s globally acclaimed movie industry) with a catalogue of seminal movies that have shored up our rating as a filmmaking nationin the last 15years.Worthy of mention is that it is because of actors like Sylvanus that the Nigerian movie industry has achieved so much reverenceand renown globally. Apart from her acting career, she is also a notable philanthropist who donates as much as she earns to motherless babies and widows.
Mr. Okolie, on the other hand, won the Mr. Nigeria contest in 2010 and went on to represent Nigeria at the Mr. World contest where he was second runner up. In his own way, he has flown the flag of Nigeria in pride on global stages. He is also an actor and singer and model. He is willing to do more to further make Nigeria proud but he can’t do anything in captivity.
It is in the light of our apparent helplessness that we decided to write you this letter to please deploy the same audacious expertise and refined gallantry that have become the hallmark of the Nigeria Police under your watch to bring our colleagues home to their families and fans. Of course, you know sir, that these young Nigerians cannot afford anything near the ransom being demanded and we are scared that if something is not done fast, we fear the worst for Sylvanus and Okolie. That is why we are counting on you sir.
As we earnestly await their return, we hope that you would please, use your office to evolve a winning and redoubtable strategy to protect the Nollywood community from the increasing incidence of abduction as we have not forgotten so soon that veteran screen idols Nkem Owoh and Pete Edochie have traveled that tortuous and unpleasant road before.
We wish to continue entertaining Nigerians and doing Nigeria proud with our art but we cannot do so under an atmosphere of pervasive insecurity and vulnerability.
Please, help us and accept the assurances of our profound regards and promise to continue to be Proudly Nigeria.
God bless you.

A Protest Group Think Beyonce Should Abandon Her $50Milion naira Pepsi Deal
The Center for Science in the Public Interest is urging Beyonce to drop her $50 million deal with Pepsi because soft drinks contribute to obesity and other health problems in children and adults...
An open letter from the director of the CSPI to Beyonce,
Beyonce you have a unique position in the cultural life of this country and are an inspiring role model for millions of young people.
Your image is one of success, health, talent, fitness, and glamour. But by lending your name and image to PepsiCo, you are associating those positive attributes with a product that is quite literally sickening Americans.
I imagine that it must be hard for anyone to turn away $50 million. But this endorsement deal strikes me as particularly inappropriate, considering your popularity with America's young people and the extent to which Pepsi and other sugary drinks promote disease.
The New York Times attributed to you a statement that this endorsement agreement allows you “to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing [your] creativy.” It seems to me that this deal is actually an enormous comprise. In fact, I would characterize this as an even bigger compromise than your accepting $2 million to perform at the 2009 New Year’s Eve bash thrown by Hannibal Gaddafi, the famously violent son of the now-deceased Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
You realized that that arrangement was in error and wisely donated those proceeds to charity, I respectfully urge you to reconsider your arrangement with PepsiCo. If you move ahead with your promotional activities, you may wish to consider donating your proceeds to a hospital, diabetes organization or another reputable charity involved in the prevention or treatment of soda-related diseases.
